Little Rock's River Rail vintage streetcar system shut down briefly for a bridge upgrade but at the same time a story related to the closure on ArkansasMatters.com reports that the $6 million spent to develop the streetcar project has returned $900 million in economic development within 1/4-mile of the tracks.
