Cincinnati — Challenges Continue for Streetcar

The CityBeat site reported that with the end of the fiscal year approaching, ridership and proceeds from a special tax program are missing projections and a record number of streetcar blockages occurred in March. On the more positive side of the ledger, the streetcar in March increased ridership by 8 percent over the same time the prior year, making it the first month to record a year over year increase.
