The Memphis Area Transit Authority has posted on its web site the report from the APTA Peer Review Panel that investigated the streetcar fires that severely damaged several vintage streetcars originally from Melbourne, Australia. The peer review panel was made up of members of the APTA Streetcar Subcommittee.
